MARINA KNOWLTON
Welcome to your stay-cation destination...
About Us
Located in the village of Knowlton on beautiful Brome Lake, Marina Knowlton has been serving the boating public for many years. Originally built c. 1890, the “Boathouse” began as a family business and continues to keep a family-oriented atmosphere, boasting one of the best terrace views in the region.Purchased by the Moar family in 1980, what was then a rustic boat shack has been transformed into a tropical escape by Gerry Moar and his three daughters. Now Gerry and his youngest daughter Jaime are the duo that run what is known as simply ‘The Marina’ together. Gerry takes care of the seasonal slips for boats, the gas bar, and basically everything boat and maintenance related while Jaime manages the restaurant bar with an amazing team by her side.Just over an hour’s drive from Montreal, you can step onto the deck of Marina Knowlton and be instantly transported to a tranquil tropical escape. Whether having a yummy burger with family or some drinks with friends, the natural beauty and hidden treasures of this small Québec town will make you want to return time and time again…

Restaurant
We don’t claim to be fine dining, and neither are we fast food! The Marina menu is about quality over quantity. You can enjoy a burger prepared fresh daily off the grill, a hearty salad or snack on an all-dressed nachos platter. If you’re lucky you’ll be able to get one of our famous lobster rolls (available while quantities last!) 🦞While enjoying a meal or a tropical beverage you can sit on the terrace where you will feel like you are in the tropics of Key West or the coast of Maine.
Sorry! We do not take reservations.
First come, first served.
